Ollie\u2019s promotion comes in his eighth year at La Fosse, having joined the company in 2015. From heading up key departments to leading the rapidly expanding workforce as Group MD, Ollie has overseen 40% YOY growth, implemented strategic sales initiatives, restructured the business\u2019 approach, and played a key part in launching La Fosse Academy and a new Amsterdam office.<\/p>\n
Responsible for defining the future strategy and growth journey of the company, Ollie\u2019s objectives in his new role as CEO include rolling out improvements to the La Fosse service lines under one brand, driving high growth of La Fosse Academy, and enabling customers to benefit from a total talent solution.<\/p>\n
As La Fosse continues to expand, Ollie\u2019s internal mission is to further engage current and new employees and build on the values-led culture that makes La Fosse such a unique organisation.<\/p>\n
