Product Leadership Forum: Product in a Crisis<\/h3>\n

Date: <\/b>June 2020<\/p>\n

Leading from home over this prolonged period has been a new experience for most of us. It\u2019s required us to adapt and show flexibility as we try to limit the impact the current situation has on our business.<\/p>\n

After a number of weeks of adjusting, we putting together an event for the leadership community to discuss what we\u2019ve learnt and what we can take forward including; the changing consumer behaviour, mental health and teamship, and how to keep your product relevant.<\/p>\n

We held a panel of four tech leaders who were keen to share some key insights, and discuss with the wider leadership community.<\/p>\n

The Product Leadership Forum<\/h3>\n

Date: <\/b>March 2020<\/p>\n

As a product leader, it\u2019s easy to get caught up in the intricacies of your own business world and practices. Connecting with other leaders gives us the opportunity to expand our knowledge and challenge existing outlooks for a more efficient and profitable future.<\/p>\n

To encourage this type of discussion, La Fosse hosted an open forum for product leaders; a great opportunity to network with other like-minded people, share challenges and present ideas.<\/p>\n

The event covered topics such as the influence of founders, CEOs and board members in the development of a business; prioritising at all levels; and maintaining talent through creating psychological safety, among other initiatives.<\/p>\n

Facilitated by Polly Howden<\/a>– Chief Product Officer at OKR platform just3things<\/a> and Product Director at Roleshare<\/a>.
\nPolly is well-versed in what it takes to develop a successful digital product and bring it to market. Polly is also a founding member of LondonTechLadies<\/a>, a group for women working in the technology space to make connections, develop soft skills, and empower each other.<\/p>\n

This is the first in a new roundtable series, “Building Culture Within Design Teams”.<\/p>\n

This event was for design leaders within the agency and consultancy space to discuss the challenges of building culture within design teams.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Dealing with change within high-pressured environments<\/p>\n
