While the teams may have a different focus, they can come together to deliver shared objectives. However, its implementation should be linked to business objectives. If automation doesn\u2019t help you achieve your goals, it\u2019s not much more than a vanity project.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Depending on your use case, automation can bring about significant benefits. For example, it can allow you to simplify processes to allow service desk agents to focus on continual service improvement (CSI).
