Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We are supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation<\/strong> undergoing a significant European supply chain transformation<\/strong> across its 3PL \/ logistics division.<\/p>\n

Operating across 10+ markets, the organisation is moving from a fragmented, localised technology landscape to a more standardised and scalable operating model<\/strong>. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering that transformation.<\/p>\n

\n

Role Summary<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The IT Transformation Solution Lead will be responsible for end-to-end solution design<\/strong> across a complex supply chain technology landscape, ensuring systems are aligned, integrated, and fit for long-term strategic growth.<\/p>\n

This is a hands-on role<\/strong>, combining solution design, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support across a large-scale transformation programme.<\/p>\n

\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Lead the design of end-to-end supply chain solutions<\/strong>, including ERP, WMS, and integration layers<\/li>\n
  • Define the target technology stack<\/strong>, including system responsibilities and data flows<\/li>\n
  • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Support vendor selection processes<\/strong>, including RFP\/RFQ and solution evaluation<\/li>\n
  • Drive standardisation across multiple European markets<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful delivery<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to governance, design assurance, and programme mobilisation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Skills & Experience Required<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Proven experience in solution design within supply chain \/ logistics environments<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong exposure to ERP and WMS platforms<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Ability to operate across both technical and business stakeholders<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience working within complex, multi-region environments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n

      Desirable Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience within 3PL \/ outsourced logistics environments<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Involvement in large-scale transformation programmes<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Exposure to vendor selection and third-party solution delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n

        Working Arrangements<\/strong><\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Predominantly remote<\/strong> role with flexible working<\/li>\n
        • Open to candidates based in the UK or Europe<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Travel required (~10–15%)<\/strong>, primarily within Europe<\/li>\n
        • Business operates in English; additional European languages are beneficial but not essential<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
