Business Analyst – AI \/ M365 Copilot (SC \/ DV Cleared)<\/strong>

6–9 month contract<\/p>\n

We are supporting a central government organisation undergoing a significant expansion of its AI and digital capabilities. As part of this, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing, high-impact AI team working at the forefront of emerging technologies.<\/p>\n

This is not a traditional BA role – the team are looking for someone technically minded, comfortable operating in an AI-led environment, and able to bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n

The Role<\/h3>\n

You will be working closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape and deliver AI-driven solutions across the organisation. This includes defining use cases, gathering and refining requirements, and supporting the adoption of new tools and capabilities.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements within AI and digital programmes<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with engineers and data\/AI teams to translate business needs into deliverable solutions<\/li>\n
  • Support the design and implementation of AI use cases, particularly within M365 environments<\/li>\n
  • Engage stakeholders across the organisation to drive understanding and adoption of AI tools<\/li>\n
  • Operate in an agile delivery environment, contributing to continuous improvement and delivery outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Experience<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Active SC or DV Clearance (essential)<\/li>\n
    • Strong Business Analyst experience within government or highly regulated environments<\/li>\n
    • Experience working on digital, data, or AI-driven programmes<\/li>\n
    • Technical awareness with the ability to engage engineering teams confidently<\/li>\n
    • Experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agents, or similar AI tooling (highly desirable)<\/li>\n
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Desirable<\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Experience working within AI adoption or transformation programmes<\/li>\n
      • Understanding of agentic AI or automation tools<\/li>\n
      • Previous experience within law enforcement, defence, or central government<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
