 Data Migration Programme Manager – SAP S\/4HANA Transformation<\/strong><\/p>\n

South East – 3 days onsite<\/strong>
Contract – Inside IR35 (6 month rolling)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced Data Migration Programme Manager<\/strong> to lead the data strategy and migration delivery for a major enterprise-wide SAP S\/4HANA transformation programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is a large-scale greenfield S\/4HANA implementation<\/strong>, replacing multiple legacy ERP systems across the organisation. Joining at an early stage of the programme, you will play a key role in shaping the enterprise data strategy, defining the migration roadmap, and establishing the governance model<\/strong> for a multi-year transformation.<\/p>\n

You will work as part of the programme leadership team<\/strong>, partnering closely with the Programme Director, Programme Manager, Release Managers, Data Architect, and senior business stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Define and deliver the end-to-end data migration strategy and roadmap<\/strong> for the S\/4HANA transformation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Assess legacy data across multiple ERP systems and define the future-state enterprise data model<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Establish data governance frameworks, master data standards, and data quality controls<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead all data migration workstreams<\/strong>, including discovery, mapping, cleansing, transformation, migration development, and validation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee ETL processes and data quality frameworks<\/strong> to ensure accurate migration.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Support interim architectures<\/strong>, including scenarios where legacy systems operate alongside S\/4HANA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage data activities across programme phases including Explore, Realise, and Deploy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Lead and coordinate a team of data analysts and migration specialists<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
