HubSpot Project Manager – Contract (Outside IR35)<\/strong>
Duration:<\/strong> Initial 6 months
Start:<\/strong> ASAP
Location:<\/strong> Mostly remote with occasional office travel<\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager<\/strong> to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a high-growth organisation. This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35<\/strong>, with the potential for extension.<\/p>\n

    Lead the end-to-end delivery of a HubSpot implementation programme<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Own the solution design, delivery roadmap, and execution plan<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Coordinate cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and technical stakeholders<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Oversee CRM implementation (approx. 70%) and data\/process migration (approx. 30%)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Ensure successful deployment and adoption of HubSpot across the organisation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Provide senior stakeholder reporting and programme governance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience Required<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Proven Project Manager experience delivering CRM implementations<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong experience with HubSpot, RevOps, or similar CRM ecosystems<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Background delivering complex transformation or systems implementation programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Experience leading solution design and roadmap ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Consulting experience strongly preferred<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      This role would suit a delivery-focused HubSpot \/ CRM Project Manager<\/strong> comfortable leading complex implementations and working closely with senior business stakeholders.<\/p>\n
