Change & Engagement Lead – Oracle Fusion Finance Systems Transformation (FTC to June 2028)<\/strong>
Hybrid \/ London
Fixed-Term Contract until June 2028<\/p>\n

We are recruiting a Change & Engagement Lead<\/strong> to support a large-scale Finance Systems Transformation Programme delivering a global implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM<\/strong>. This is a high-impact role responsible for leading organisational change across Finance, Procurement, Projects, Planning, Forecasting, Reporting, and Performance Management.<\/p>\n

This position combines strategic change leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring the organisation is fully prepared to adopt new systems, processes, and ways of working.<\/p>\n

Strategic Change Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n

    Define and lead the end-to-end change management strategy aligned to programme objectives<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Establish an integrated change approach across ERP (transactional) and EPM (performance) solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Stakeholder Engagement & Governance<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • \n

      Map and engage stakeholders across executive and operational levels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Act as a trusted advisor on readiness, adoption risks, and sponsorship<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Embed effective change governance, reporting, and decision-making frameworks<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Business Change Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • \n

        Lead change impact assessments across processes, roles, controls, data, and behaviours<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Develop change roadmaps aligned to phased ERP and EPM releases<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Support business process owners in adopting standardised Oracle Fusion processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Training, Communications & Adoption<\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • \n

          Define and deliver a comprehensive training and communications strategy<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Establish and lead a Change Champion network<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Define readiness criteria and track adoption KPIs through go-live, hypercare, and stabilisation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          About You:<\/h3>\n
            \n
          • \n

            Proven experience leading change on large-scale Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programmes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Strong experience across Finance and performance management domains<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Hands-on expertise in change impact analysis, training strategy, communications, and readiness assessments<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Familiarity with recognised change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, Kotter)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Experience working within complex, multi-workstream programmes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Relevant change certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP, ACMP) desirable<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
