HubSpot Project Manager – Contract (Outside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a high-growth organisation. This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35, with the potential for extension.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a HubSpot implementation programme

  • Own the solution design, delivery roadmap, and execution plan

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and technical stakeholders

  • Oversee CRM implementation (approx. 70%) and data/process migration (approx. 30%)

  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of HubSpot across the organisation

  • Provide senior stakeholder reporting and programme governance

Experience Required

  • Proven Project Manager experience delivering CRM implementations

  • Strong experience with HubSpot, RevOps, or similar CRM ecosystems

  • Background delivering complex transformation or systems implementation programmes

  • Experience leading solution design and roadmap ownership

  • Consulting experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Overview

We are seeking a Senior DealCloud Specialist to join a high-performing investment environment following the completion of one of a large DealCloud implementation. This hire will play a critical role in supporting, optimising and evolving the platform, working across both strategic initiatives and ongoing BAU.

This is an opportunity for a senior, hands-on platform specialist to take ownership and act as a subject matter expert.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support strategic DealCloud enhancement projects

  • Manage and optimise BAU platform performance and user experience

  • Configure, customise and enhance DealCloud to meet evolving business needs

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across investment and operational teams

  • Identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions

  • Support data integrity, reporting and workflow optimisation

  • Work closely with the existing in-house DealCloud specialist to strengthen platform capability


Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ hands-on DealCloud experience

  • Strong platform knowledge including configuration, implementation and optimisation

  • Experience delivering or supporting medium-to-large scale DealCloud implementations

  • Ability to operate as a senior SME and engage confidently with stakeholders


Preferred Background

  • Consultancy background with exposure to multiple DealCloud projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional implementation of HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs—translating business goals into scalable configurations, workflows, and automations.

  • Design and implement multi-brand structures using Business Units, permission sets, partitioned assets, and subscription types to ensure data separation while supporting consolidated reporting.

  • Standardize and orchestrate definitions and processes across Hubs (e.g., lifecycle stages, SLAs, ticketing, CSAT/NPS, knowledge base).

  • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM/CASL) across all forms, subscriptions, and data capture mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in configuring Business Units, permissions, sequences, automation, ticketing, knowledge base, and other core HubSpot features.

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, including data mapping, identity management, and cross-platform processes.

  • Proven ability to manage compliance requirements (GDPR, UK-GDPR, etc.) and consent/preference strategies across large data sets.

  • Background in piloting implementations and scaling through repeatable toolkits (templates, runbooks, UAT materials, hypercare plans).
