This is not a traditional BA role – the team are looking for someone technically minded, comfortable operating in an AI-led environment, and able to bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology.

The Role

You will be working closely with product, engineering, and AI teams to shape and deliver AI-driven solutions across the organisation. This includes defining use cases, gathering and refining requirements, and supporting the adoption of new tools and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements within AI and digital programmes
  • Work closely with engineers and data/AI teams to translate business needs into deliverable solutions
  • Support the design and implementation of AI use cases, particularly within M365 environments

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to lead a major CRM transformation programme for a high-growth organisation. This is an initial 6-month contract outside IR35, with the potential for extension.

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a HubSpot implementation programme

  • Own the solution design, delivery roadmap, and execution plan

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and technical stakeholders

  • Oversee CRM implementation (approx. 70%) and data/process migration (approx. 30%)

  • Ensure successful deployment and adoption of HubSpot across the organisation

  • Provide senior stakeholder reporting and programme governance

Experience Required

  • Proven Project Manager experience delivering CRM implementations

  • Strong experience with HubSpot, RevOps, or similar CRM ecosystems

  • Background delivering complex transformation or systems implementation programmes

  • Experience leading solution design and roadmap ownership

  • Consulting experience strongly preferred

  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

This role would suit a delivery-focused HubSpot / CRM Project Manager comfortable leading complex implementations and working closely with senior business stakeholders.

Role Title: Senior Technical Delivery Lead (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Overview
A Senior Technical Delivery Lead is required to provide portfolio-level assurance and oversight of technical delivery within a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. The role focuses on infrastructure, security, testing, and technical readiness across Finance, HCM, and EPM, excluding integration and data migration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide independent oversight and assurance of overall technical delivery across the programme.

  • Assure technical documentation across the full delivery lifecycle.

  • Assure security architecture and non-functional requirements, ensuring compliance with secure-by-design standards.

  • Oversee system integration testing, UAT, technical build, go-live planning, and execution.

  • Assure technical deliverables at all stage gates of the Oracle Fusion Cloud lifecycle.

  • Assure configuration books, role management, and security profiles.

  • Identify technical delivery risks and ensure mitigations are raised with appropriate RAID teams.

  • Validate technical and security proposals submitted to design authorities.

  • Monitor delivery progress across technical work packages and validate status for senior leadership.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong credibility in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture and delivery across Financials, HCM, and EPM.

  • Deep technical knowledge covering environment build, security architecture, testing, and go-live execution.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation methodologies for technical delivery.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Enterprise Data Management, and Fusion Cloud modules.

  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on technical levels.

  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior functional and technical stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

  • 10+ years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical delivery, including 5+ years in a lead role.

  • Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification.

  • At least two full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and HCM implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM Cloud technical architecture.

  • Understanding of UK Government cloud, security, and compliance standards (e.g. NCSC CAF, ISO 27001).

  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and lead senior technical teams.

Desirable

  • Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA).

Security Clearance

  • Active SC clearance preferred; SC-eligible candidates may be considered.
