What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency
• Work with SQL, ETL pipelines, and large datasets to extract, transform, and load data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align migration activities with business objectives
• Troubleshoot complex data challenges and ensure high-quality delivery

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in data migration, ideally within financial services or insurance
• Strong SQL and ETL skills
• Familiarity with insurance data models and platforms (e.g., Guidewire, UL-T3, GT-AIA)
• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and analytical rigor
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing
• Knowledge of insurance regulatory standards (Solvency II, DORA)
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other scripting languages for data transformation

*LONG TERM SAP TO INFOR M3 CARVEOUT PROGRAMME*

*OUTSIDE IR35 OPPORTUNITY*

*TRAVEL TO WEST EUROPE REQUIRED 4-5 DAYS A WEEK*

We have partnered with a PE house-owned business going through a complex ERP (SAP to Infor M3) carveout programme for the next 12-18 months. They have a requirement for 2x ERP Data Migration and Quality Leads to lead the data streams across both the EU and US, lead the data quality/governance workstream as well as eventually leading data migration from SAP to Infor M3 systems. Scope of the programme is finance, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing.

SAP and/or Infor experience is a bonus, but any ERP experience will suffice.

This is an OUTSIDE IR35 role offering competitive day rates with travel to West Europe required 4-5 days/week.

Imperatives:

• Extensive experience working with leading data workstreams on ERP programmes.
• Excellent knowledge of, and experience in data governance/quality.
• Excellent data migration knowledge.
• Willingness to work in a hands on capacity, but also previous management/team lead experience.
• SAP and/or Infor experience a bonus, but any ERP experience will suffice.
